Resolved Issues
1. Candidate Listings Page – Column-Based Search
- Users now have the ability to perform searches within the columns on the candidate listing page.

2. CV Sharing with OTP
- We have investigated the issue and while we couldn’t replicate it, we suspect it might be related to the expiration duration of the OTP.

3. Xeople Search – Unexpected Outcomes
- We have introduced refined filters to address this issue.
4. Xeople Search – Saved Searches
- Saved searches will now be associated with the selected job, ensuring the job you’ve chosen is preserved.
- However, the job parameter selected will be replaced by the saved search’s parameter.
5. Job – Extend Job Expiry Duration
- We’ve extended the number of days to 999 for job expiry.

6. Candidate Summary – Unable to Update Candidate Emails
- We’ve added the option to update candidate emails from the screens as requested.

7. Xeople Search – Bulk Filtering Candidates by Skill
- We’ve added a skill option in the filter so you can easily filter candidates based on their skills.
- You can now remove candidates in bulk.


8. Candidate Listing Page – SMS Directly
- Users can now send SMS directly from the candidate listing page as we have enabled this feature.

9. Xeople Search – Total Matches
- We’ve introduced an option to view the total matches on Xeople Search.

10. Xeople Search & Job Listing Page – Active Pipeline
- Active pipelines are showing those candidates who are mapped to the workflow, and this will exclude those candidates who are mapped to the stage of workflow which is tagged as Rejected.

11. Job Summary Page – Candidate Limits for Job Actions and Bulk Communications
- A maximum of 20 candidates can be processed for job actions. However, there are no limitations for sending SMS and Mail.

12. Job Summary Page – Bulk Candidate Removal
- The bulk Remove candidate feature is now available for users to eliminate candidates in bulk.

13. Job Listing & Job Summary Page – Close Job
- Users can now close a job from both the job listing page and the job summary page.

14. Xeople Search – Proximity Issue
- Proximity in Xeople Search now yields results based on the selected job and proximity parameters.
15. Xeople Search – Proximity Sorting Resolved
- The proximity sorting issue has been resolved and verified.

16. Xeople Search – Resume from Entire to Xeople Recruit
- Users have the ability to access resumes sourced from the Entire to Xeople Recruit.
17. Job Landing Page – Loading Problem: Increasing Candidate Limit per Job
- The benchmark for the Job Landing page is now extended to handle up to 500 candidates per job without timeout errors. The exact limit depends on the data for the respective tenant.

18. Job Summary Page – JOB Source vs Contact Source
- Viewers have the option to see the Job Source compared to the Contact Source in card view.
19. Job Summary Page – Enhanced Post-Interview Candidate Rejection
- We’ve resolved the problem of rejecting a candidate after an interview using the move workflow button.
