Bug & Fix - Candidate not created & Other issues

In this release, we fixed several issues in the profile information section of the application form:

On the actual application form screen, all fields now correctly show their required status as optional or mandatory, and the Continue button is enabled appropriately.
Candidates who submit all required information are now properly pushed into the job or candidate pool.
The notice period field, when marked as required in the configuration, now appears correctly on the actual form at the candidate end, not just in the preview.
