Resolved Issues
1. Xeople Search - Unable to Send Bulk SMS
We have fixed the issues with sending SMS to the remaining 50/100 candidates from the 2nd page, which previously did not work when the page length was set to 100.
2. Broadbean – Candidate not Created and Mapped to Job
Fixed the issue where candidates applying for jobs via Seek job boards through Broadbean were not being pulled into Xeople despite successful application. Now, published jobs will correctly appear on the respective job boards.
3. Job Action – Not able to view Notes
We fixed the issue where notes created from the left side under job actions displayed the last update date with a click here to view link but did not show the notes or log them under the job log for the specific candidate.
Additionally, the candidate’s name chip did not turn green to indicate existing notes. In some cases, notes were created but did not show the last update and view option. However, these notes did appear in the candidate notes (right side), under job notes (right side), and were logged in the job log. The green chip colour was also missing.
4. Candidate not created & Other issues
We fixed several issues in the profile information section of the application form:
- On the actual application form screen, all fields now correctly show their required status as optional or mandatory, and the Continue button is enabled appropriately.
- Candidates who submit all required information are now properly pushed into the job or candidate pool.
- The notice period field, when marked as required in the configuration, now appears correctly on the actual form at the candidate end, not just in the preview.
5. Candidate Folder Count - Mismatch - Total Candidates
We have fixed the issue were clicking on a folder number displayed an incorrect count of candidates associated with them. Now, clicking on a folder count will show the exact number of candidates.
