Resolved Issues
1. Form Submission Issue: Candidates Not Created in System
Candidates filling out the application form and viewing the thank-you page will now receive email notifications accordingly. Additionally, candidates are now successfully created in Xeople as expected. The issue where candidates did not receive emails or were not created in Xeople upon completing the application form has been resolved.
2. Application Form - Mandatory field validation missing on About Us
We have resolved an issue within the application form's welcome tab, specifically targeting the About Us section. In this update, we have added a mandatory validation message, prompting you to fill out this field before proceeding.
3. Duplicate State code error
We have addressed and resolved the issue with state creation in the master database. Specifically, the system now allows for the creation of states with duplicate codes across different countries.
4. Discrepancy Between 'My Activity' and Calendar View in Xeople
We have fixed candidate interview scheduling to accurately display interview times on the dashboard and calendar view.
5. Job Landing page - Filtering jobs by Client Name not working
We have resolved the issue with the Client Name filter. Now, when you apply the client's name filter, you will see specific records corresponding to that client. The client's name can be searched, the dropdown works, searching works, and combinations of filters work seamlessly.
6. Xeople Search - Automatic population of Candidate Email IDs in Email To field when using Share option
Upon selecting the share option for one or multiple candidates, the Share Resume window now displays a blank To field, allowing you to input the email ID.
7. Duplicate record creation issue when adding Comments for multiple Candidates in Job Action window
The issue where duplicate records were created when you added comments for multiple candidates in the Job Action window has been fixed.
8. Issue with Displaying Jobs from Left Menu
We have resolved the issue where jobs were not displayed when accessed from the left menu.
9. Calendar Selection Displaying Incorrect Fixed Date in Schedule Assistance
We have resolved the issue where clicking on any date from the calendar displayed a fixed date (27/12/2023) in Schedule Assistance and occasionally in the date field. Additionally, when opening a meeting in edit mode, the Schedule Assistance and date field also initially showed 27/12/2023. However, the screen would refresh shortly after, displaying the correct date.
10. Job Summary page - Duplicate Records Issue in Map Application Form Screen
We have resolved the issue where the Map Application Form screen under the job detail page was showing duplicate records of the Application form.
11. Application Form - Issue with formatting options in Application Form editor
We have resolved the issue where formatting options such as font type and color were applicable in the configure process for the Application Form's About Us and Thank You sections but were not reflecting on the apply page and preview.
12. Contacts Summary page - Contact Details Saving Issue
We have resolved this issue where editing contact details, such as adding or removing phone numbers, and clicking on the save button did not trigger any action. Additionally, if there were no phone numbers and a user attempted to add one, it was not getting saved.
13. Xeople Smart-email issue - linking Candidates to Jobs
We have resolved the issue where Xeople smart-email wasn't linking candidates to the job.
14. Not able to apply for Job via Application Form Continue button
We have fixed the issue where candidates were unable to apply for a job even after clicking on the continue button in the application form.
15. Candidate Landing page - Last Modified Date appearing blank
We have resolved the issue of the Last Modified Date appearing blank on the Candidate Landing page.
16. SMS - & symbol issue
We have resolved the issue where SMS messages containing the symbol & would cut off any text preceding the symbol.
17. Does not contain to filter out job closed
We have implemented a change where job status closed cannot be filtered. Additionally, the Close Job option has been removed from the active list. Instead, all closed jobs will now be visible under the Quick Filter tab.
18. Job Summary Page – Replacing Tags – SMS Template
We've addressed the issue where when users send SMS from the Job summary page using Bulk/Single SMS to candidates, it wasn't replacing tags defined in the SMS template. Additionally, from Xeople Search, it wasn't replacing Job Tags when users had selected a job.
19. Candidate email not reflecting in Mail Tab
we've resolved the issue where the candidate email was reflecting in the Activity tab but was not syncing in the Mail tab.
20. System Audit Log – Not Reflecting Data beyond 27/03/2024
We've addressed the issue where the Audit log was not reflecting any data after the date 27/03/2024.
21. Mail – Attachment with incoming filter extension
We've resolved an issue where a candidate sent their resume as a Word document attached to an email. While Outlook displays the email correctly, Xeople Mail was appending a .extension to the Word file.
22. Candidate – Activity Tab – Two-way SMS not syncing
we've addressed the issue where incoming messages were not syncing properly in the Activity tab for two-way SMS.
