Activity Management

Activity management refers to the systematic tracking, organising, and optimisation of all interactions, tasks, and communications involved in the recruitment process. It includes recording and managing various activities related to candidates, jobs, client engagements, task assignments, and scheduling appointments.

Activity management enables you to maintain a comprehensive record of your recruitment efforts, streamline workflow processes, and enhance collaboration among team members.

Note: In our system, there's an activity management tab dedicated to Jobs, Candidates, and Clients. This tab records all the add-ons made within these modules for comprehensive tracking and organisation. Specifically, in Jobs, this tab is named as Job Log.

Note: The Job log provides a comprehensive list of all actions taken on the Jobs page. However, no actions can be performed within this tab except applying filters.
