      Enhancement - Across Application – New Email/SMS – Insert Template

      In this version, we have improved the functionality of selecting Email and SMS templates.

      Key Changes:

      Enhancement in SMS Screen & Template:

      • Count Display in SMS Template Pop-Up Screen:
        • When the user selects an SMS template from the Insert template option, the system opens a screen listing all predefined SMS templates. The total count of records is displayed on this screen, categorised as My Template and Shared Template.
      • Enhancement in SMS Screen & Template:
        • Upon selecting an SMS template and returning to the Insert template option, the system now automatically showcases the previously chosen SMS template on the pop-up screen, streamlining the template selection process.
      • Send SMS Screen:
        • The SMS subject field character limit has been reduced from 1000 characters to 75 characters for a more concise and effective communication experience.
        • An expand icon has been added to the SMS subject and message boxes, allowing users to expand the boxes and view the complete text.
      • Revised Path for SMS Template:
        • The path for accessing SMS templates has been relocated from System Settings to a more accessible location.
        • New Path: Tenant –> Home –> My Profile –> SMS Templates.

      Enhancement in Email Screen & Template

      • Subject Character Limit Alignment:
        • When the user opens the email screen, the subject character length is mismatched, as it is set at 50 characters, while during template creation, it is specified as 500 characters. To address this, the system has been updated to align the subject character limit to 500 characters for consistency.
      • Scroller and Expand Icon Across Email Screens:
        • Fields with substantial text content, including the subject field, across all email screens throughout the application, now feature a scroller and expand icon for enhanced usability.
      • Predefined Template Auto selection:
        • When a user selects an Email template and returns to the Insert template option, the system now auto selects and displays the previously chosen Email template on the pop-up screen, streamlining the template selection process.
