Why can't I see any jobs for a workflow even though it says there are jobs attached?
The automatic filter for the jobs is to only show jobs that you have been made a primary owner within a workflow. If you have not been made a primary owner in any jobs within the workflow, you will not be able to see anything.
You are able to change the settings to see all jobs connected to a workflow or even specific jobs connected to a particular person.
To do this, please follow the following steps.
- Click Job, then the workflow you want to see jobs connected to.
- Click the filter button
- Filter to Primary Owner, Contains, All (or any specific person you want to see the jobs attached to). Hit Save.
- This will then allow you to see all jobs attached to a workflow
- To delete this filter, click the red 'X' next to the filter button, then Yes.
